William B. Weist

William B. Weist graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1961 with a B.B.A. and from the University of Louisville law school in 1970. HeĀ is admitted to practice before the Indiana State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He has been involved with a number of associations for many years including the Benton County Bar Association, which he served as the President from 1976-1980, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Association, and the National District Attorneys Association. He served as the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Benton Circuit Court, 76th Judicial Circuit, from 1973-1974, and also served as the Prosecuting Attorney from 1975-1998, and again from 2007-2010. Mr. Weist also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Fowler State Bank from 1985-2012.
