Offering Procedure:

Written bids will be accepted accompanied by check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and must be submitted by sale time November 20, 2017. Persons submitting qualifying minimum bids or higher will be permitted to orally increase bids on November 20, 2017.

Successful bidder will be furnished Owner’s Title Insurance and possession at closing. Closing shall be no later than Friday, January 5, 2018. Sale for cash only. Purchaser will be expected to enter into contract of sale with the Seller upon acceptance of bid, and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as down payment. Balance of purchase price shall be payable at closing. 2017 real estate taxes and assessments due and payable 2018 shall be paid by Seller. 2018 real estate taxes and assessments shall be paid by Purchaser.
